Currently, Texas State AITP is preparing for the National Collegiate Conference in Oklahoma City on April 2nd through the 4th. We will be taking 16 teammates, which is our highest number of contestants yet. Each of us will be competing in events based around all types of current industry used IT subjects. In addition to representing Texas State University with these competitions, each of us will have the opportunity to gain insightful knowledge at the many speaker sessions, presented by IT professionals. While being able to network with these professionals, we will be able to share our resumes and participate in on-site interviews with numerous companies hiring for internships and full time positions. Our goal for this competition is to not only win at the many events, but to walk away as the Student Chapter of the Year for 2008.
